Bulk orders & pallets
For large orders or pallet deliveries, please contact our team for a delivery quote. We can arrange specialist courier services for oversized items.
Returns policy
How to return an item
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return
- We'll provide you with a returns authorisation number and instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible
- Return to us via our courier or drop off at our trade counter
- Refunds processed within 5 working days of receipt

- • Changed your mind (within 30 days)

- • Opened consumable items
- • Cut materials or custom-cut items
- • Items damaged through use
- • Items without original packaging
Faulty items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.
All products are covered by manufacturer warranties. We'll help you with warranty claims if needed.
